1. Programming services, Web Design Services Terms

Whenever no contract is signed, please observe this page for service terms.

Service Terms and Agreement

Gelong network Inc.(Following as Gelong ) dsign for Business application sysytems, such as Internet Mutilevel Marketing, Internet Direct sell, retail shopping cart and catalog online services, Gelong designed websites and all Gelong programs may be used only for legal purposes. Any use of these services which violates any local, state, federal, or international laws (your local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction that you, your site, or your sales area may be subject to), which may apply to Gelong, is strictly prohibited. Gelong takes no controls over whatsoever the content of the information passing through its facilities. You are solely responsible for any and all account activities while using our systems.

Gelong.com does not guarantee that the software and facilites provided are free from bugs, interruptions, errors, or other program limitations. You agree to indemnify and hold Gelong harmless from any claims resulting from your use of its services or any part of its services through which or from which damages to you or to another party occur.

Gelong.com makes no guarantee of any kind, either explicit or implicit, for services that we provide. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gelong.com will not be responsible for any damages that you and/or your business may suffer, including but not limited to: loss of income, loss of data, thief of data, miscalculations, delays in service, service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors. Under no circumstances shall Gelong.com be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the service, or your or any third parties' reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through the service, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in software operation or network transmission.

Gelong.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the software. The software, content, and data remains the property of Gelong.com.
You may cancel your service at any time, but no refund is possible for service charges. Gelong.com reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at it's sole discretion.

For all services (Such As Business Application Programming Service) that no hosting is needed, we have 30 days warranty after Project submission. Warranty applies subject to the contract description. If you have any further requirements which are not included in the contract, we will charge additional fees at $90.00/hour. For all services that hosting is necessary, warranty lasts as your hosting pay period goes.

Payment and Work Days Note:
1.Every project contrant have a work days,we can modify your project detail follow the contract requirement, over the working days requirment details, we will have additional Charge.
2.If your contract over working day half year, we can not reach you, you not offer your case material and cause the case can not complete, we will charge your 80% contract amount, even now we not finished your case.
3.If we would finished your job over 30 days, we still not received contract due balance. We maybe stop all service for the case (project), including hosting service, all depoist is no refundable.

Bussiness Application Sources code:
1. Gelong's Business application sysytems, such as Internet Mutilevel Marketing, Internet Direct sell, retail shopping cart and Products online catalog ,website must be hosting at Gelong network, Sources code copy righrt own by Gelong Network,Customers want to own it, we will charge sources code release fee. release fee about tripe the total design services fees.

2.Business Application programming Services not hosting at Gelong Network, Sources at customers Servers, we own sources code Copy Right too, if customers terminal our services, or Customers want to own it, we will charge sources code release fee.

We will of course try out best to meet all the clients requirements. We guarantee functioning, but for web designs which are not easy to specify, there's no way to guarantee 100% user satisfaction (Though our experience showed unanimous user satisfaction up to now). All Gelong shopping cart system, wholesale catalog source code hosting only at Gelong. All source codes are owned by Gelong, and we can not release them to any other hosting.

All programming and design Services fees are non-refundable.

2.Training Services Terms

3.Networking Services Terms and Policy
Once the technician or Network Engineer finishes your job, or submits an invoice to you and leaves your office, we are done with it, and you have accepted the services.

14 days limited warranty applies for any of our services.

Warranty does not include:
Computer/network devices damage caused by yourself.
Self removal of the technician hardware or software configuration.
In which two cases, we will charge $50.00/hour for technical support.

Any future services beyond the warranty (which are rarely needed) will be $50.00/hour.

Networking Service fee is non-refundable.
